How does it work?
Unlike other systems of online booking that rely upon tedious and time consuming e-mails, Radio Cars gives you direct access to our dispatch system*, your booking is made live the moment you receive your booking receipt.
If you have booked locally, your taxi should arrive a few minutes after booking or at the time you have pre-booked. We will call you twice on the number you gave us on booking to alert you of our arrival.
If you have booked an airport arrival from a domestic or international airport see our airport arrivals section for assistance and pick up points. Our driver, in company livery, will have a card with the Radio Cars company logo and the name in which you made your booking written upon it.
Security
Your security is of paramount concern to us. We will call you on the cell phone number you left upon booking, three times, merely to alert you of our arrival. Thereafter. if we fail to make contact you, our booking office will verbally try to speak to you and find out if you need assistance.
Disability security.
Your security is of paramount concern to us perhaps much more than other operators as our owner is a wheelchair user himself. You should receive not merely a service that fulfils our Duty of Care, but a first class service that that aims to empower you as you make your journey, either accompanied or unaccompanied.

Service
All of our fully licensed vehicles will arrive clean and well presented. All drivers are fully licensed and have attained at least the national qualification in customer service (NVQ) and should present themselves in company livery.
